Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to provide the information about BPR

Course Content

BPR is an approach for fundamentally rethinking and radically redesigning business systems, including overhaul of job designs, organization structures and management systems. Topics include : theory of BPR; BPR methodologies; BPR packages.
