Course Goal / Objective

This course aims to teach students, legal relationship between employee and employer and its consequences in detail.

Course Content

In Individual Labour Law; the basic concepts, rights and obligations of employers and workers, labor contracts and the termination of this contract, working conditions of the workers, Compensation under the contract of employment, occupational health and safety etc. topics will be discussed.

LO04 To acquire the necessery skill to find appropriate solution related to labor conflicts between employer and the worker, working under an employment contract

LO07 To acquire the skill of the interpretation and application of occupational health and safety as provided by the legal rules of labor law.
