Course Goal / Objective

To teach the economic importance, production and export possibilities in the world and Mediterranean countries of citrus fruits for the purpose of learning the citrus industry. Moreover teaching the methods and characteristics to identify citrus genus, species and varieties.

The economis imprtance of citrus in the world, production and export possibilities of citrus fruits in the world and Mediterranean countries, identification of the citrus genus, species and varieties.
