Course Goal / Objective
Application of biochemical analysis methods, evaluation and interpretation of experimental results with theoretical knowledge.
Course Content
Determination of vitamin C in fruit juice, Determination of urea in serum, Isolation of DNA, Determination of Hemoglobin in whole blood, Polarimeter experiment, Determination of molecular weight of proteins with SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, Lowry protein method, Lowry protein method, Immobilization of lipase onto Celite.
