Course Goal / Objective
Learning the fundamental concepts in blockchain and cryptocurrency law and implementing this information to private and public law with an economic perspective.
Course Content
Fundamental terms related to blockchain and cryptocurrency law, the concept of money, the structures underlying cryptocurrencies, cryptocurrencies, implementation of blockchain and cryptocurrencies to private and public law
