Course Goal / Objective

The aim of the course is to prove students a general overview on alternative species, to teach the differences concerning the species-specific, to associate difference between convensitional and alternative species culture models.

Course Content

Introduction to alternative species; Barramundi culture; Pagrus culture; Sole culture; Japanese sea bass culture; Atlantic cod culture; Grouper culture; Sunshine seabass culture; Halibut culture; Cobio culture.
