Course Goal / Objective
The course aims to teaching the bacis concepts of commercial law. The aim of the course is to introduce the type of companies, to teach basic information about the establishment,organs and running of companies, rights,obligations and responsibilities of partners and termination of companies.
Course Content
Commercial and commercial law, commercial business, commercial jobs, and they are subject to the provisions of commercial justice, business is considered to determine the cases, the courts can be seen in commercial litigation, commercial cases, evidence and procedure; merchant and the provisions of being a merchant, merchant assistants; dependent helpers, assistants, independent, commercial registration organization, trade name and business name, brand, brand definition and types, registration, the trademark owners rights and obligations, legal actions related to the brand, invalidity and termination of the brand protection of the right, unfair competition, trade books, the current account. General information about the partnership, joint venture, trading partners about the general provisions of collective partnerships, establishment, operation, termination, limited partnerships, establishment, operation, termination, stock partnerships, general information, organization, operation, share the concept, the legal status of shareholders, the joint-stock partnerships, securities, contract changes, the partnership accounts, termination and liquidation; capital divided into shares limited partnerships, establishment, operation, termination, limited liability partnerships; The establishment, operation, termination, limited liability partnerships, organization, operation, termination, co-operatives.
