Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to help students comprehend the importance of reading legal texts, legal way of thinking, questioning and asking; to provide information about teaching of law, lawyer training and basic knowledge about the resources in the field of law; to teach methodical implementation of professional theoretical knowledge gained throughout the legal education with the analysis of the methods required to be resorted for the the determination of the type and nature of the legal education.
Course Content
The course will deal with introduction to law school, methods to use to determine the type and nature of legal problems and then to analyze them, methodical application of professional information for legal education the legal sources and ways to have an access to them, topics to know to prepare thesis and seminars, Communication- the language of Law, legal resources, methods, problems and solutions of Law.
