Course Goal / Objective

Variety of industrial applications in our dily lives devices used in many areas closer to recognition of the electric motors. The power conversion using these motors and their drives to understand the logic. The structure of this drive (control) circuits working and learning in their usage.

Course Content

Principles of Electrical Machines Parts and Working. Structure and Operation of DC Motors. Characteristics of DC motors. Speed adjustment for direct current motors. Parts and Operation of Three-Phase Induction Motor. Methods for Three-Phase Induction Motor starters. Characteristics of Three-Phase Induction Motor. speed adjustment Methods for three-phase asynchronous motors. Structures and Types of Single-Phase Induction Motors. Types and Operation Principles of Single Phase Induction Motors. Servo Motors. Stepping Motors.
