Course Goal / Objective
Understanding and interpreting the basic concepts of human behavior in the organizational environment; It is aimed to gain the ability to analyze behavioral and managerial problems at the level of individuals, groups and organizations and to develop suggestions.
Course Content
Concepts, theories, approaches, topics within the scope of organizational behavior (individual, values, attitudes and job satisfaction in organizations, motivation, group in organizations, communication, leadership, conflict, organizational culture, organizational change, organizational environment, stress management) and practices in businesses forms.
