Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to ensure understanding of basic first aid knowledge on how to save life and maintain vital functions and prevent the condition until medical treatment by professionals are provided.
Course Content
Definition, importance, priorities and basic applications of first aid, transportation techniques, basic life support, airway obstructions, artificial respiration techniques, shock and coma, hemorrhages, head, chest, abdominal and foreign body injuries, soft tissue injuries, extremity injuries, heat and cold injuries, animal bites and stings, acute abdomen events and poisoning
