Course Goal / Objective
To aim the competence to introduce tour operator and travel agency and hotel relationship.
Course Content
Tour operator and package tour, package tour consumption phase and tour operator-welcoming agency-hotel agreements, the relationship of travel agencies, travel agencies with other organizations in the tourism industry and agency operation organizations preparations.
