Course Goal / Objective

Lisans öğrencilerine küresel boyutta yaşanan gıda krizi konusunda bilgi vermek ve çözümler üretilmesine yönelik çalışmalar yapmak.

Course Content

This course aims to provide an answer to the question of how can food be political. It examines the causes of food insecurity, the self sufficiency in food production, the meaning of eating ethically, the ways of creating the sustainable food system in the world, and the roles that government plays in food production and supply.
