Course Goal / Objective

To enable students to have knowledge about games and game types, to discover the place and importance of the game in mathematics education, and to make applications in which the game is integrated with the mathematics lesson.

Course Content

Game and game types; the importance of games in mathematics teaching; theoretical approaches to play; relationship between mathematics and games; examination of sample games; technology-assisted math games.
