Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to provide mental and physical development of students within the discipline of Taekwondo. In addition, by teaching the techniques in the sport of Taekwondo, it is to provide self-defense in the face of a fight or a dangerous situation.
Course Content
TAE; Foot, KWON; It means hand. DO is the way of thinking and behavior that must be followed in order to achieve morality and virtue. In this context, necessary training and training will be given for both mental and physical development of students in Taekwondo class. In addition, within the scope of this course, close fighting (melee) and self-defense will also be covered.

Not having a physical or mental problem that prevents sports
