Course Goal / Objective
It aims to teach the stages of Multi-Criteria Decision-Making methods that support decision makers at all levels in decision-making processes to make more effective and correct decisions in solving the problems encountered.
Course Content
With the foundation of decision theory, techniques such as Analytical Hierarchy Process, TOPSIS, VIKOR, MOORA and PROMETHEE are applied with Microsoft Excel to help businesses in their decision processes.
