Course Goal / Objective

In the selection of the course, the scientific activities put forward by the commentators in order to understand, explain and interpret the Qur'an according to the problems and needs of the period throughout the fourteen-century historical process, first in chronological order and in a systematic integrity, and then approach, understanding and understanding of the Qur'an. A closer examination of the tafsir movements, which focus on the "author-mentality-work" triangles depending on the interpretation differences, within the framework of their characteristic features, main views, important representatives and basic sources, thereby providing the student with a concise, solid and systematic history of tafsir culture, such It is aimed to direct scientific thinking and research with a wealth of knowledge.

Course Content

The content of this course consists of the concepts of tafsir, ta'wil, translation, the historical course of the formation of the province of tafsir, the types and characteristics of works in the field of tafsir, schools of tafsir and contemporary tafsir approaches.
