Course Goal / Objective

The aim of this course is to provide knowledge about the molecular diagnosis of the insect species in the forensic cases for students who have graduated from the field of forensic sciences

Course Content

The components of this course consist of, insects of forensic importance, collection and preservation of entomological evidence during legal investigations, DNA isolation and species identification of insects with molecular techniques.
