Course Goal / Objective
Gaining the ability of analog integrated circuit design for biomedical applications.
Course Content
Principles of analog integrated circuit design, MOSFET models, current mirrors, current sources, voltage references, differential amplificator, layout and simulation, OPAMP design and layout, OTA design and layout, instrumentation amplifier and layout, I / O pads, electrostatic discharge protection, power connection strategies.
