Course Goal / Objective
Learning and application of agricultural products processing and analysis of these products in occupational health and safety conditions in laboratories
Course Content
Basic concepts of occupational health and safety, Occupational hygiene in agricultural product processing laboratories, Use of personal protective equipment in laboratories, Collection of hazardous wastes that may occur in the analysis of agricultural products and waste management, Measurement of physical risk factors and protection measures, Diseases caused by chemical risks and protection measures, Determination of biological risks and protection measures
