Fundamentals of welding and joining, Advanced arc welding processes, Solid-state welding processes, Laser welding, Friction welding, friction stir welding, Additive manufacture, Advanced resistance welding, Tungsten Gas arc welding (GTAW), Activated Tungsten Inert Gas welding (A-TIG), Flux Bounded Tungsten Inert Gas welding (FB-TIG), Welding and joining of non-ferrous metals, Fundamentals of modeling and simulation in welding, Pre/post-weld heat treatments, Principles of destructive and non-destructive testing and inspection of welds.
