Course Goal / Objective
Special issues encountered in the cultivation of oil crops, seed bed preparation, maintenance (fertilization, irrigation, weed control, etc.) and post-harvest problems and their solutions, as well as methods of obtaining vegetable oil and evaluation techniques are examined.
