Course Goal / Objective
To ensure the application of selected statistical methods that can be applied to the data obtained through experimental studies.
Course Content
Frequency distributions, measures of central tendency and distribution, concepts of mode and median, standard deviation. Discontinuous and continuous distribution types. Calculation of descriptive statistics with the help of a package program. Creating charts (bar, line, histogram, box, relationship charts, etc.). Tabulation of data. Textile applications of statistical methods with the help of computer aided statistical package program.
