Course Goal / Objective

The main purpose of this course is to know the basic principles of sports injuries and to learn the emerging psychological processes and the skills to manage these processes.

LO01 - Knows the basic concepts of Sports Injuries - Knows the factors that cause Sports Injuries - Learn about injuries due to environmental factors such as heat, cold, underwater and high altitude - Gains experience in overuse injuries and their prevention. - Have an idea about sports injuries specific to various organ systems - Obtain information on first aid at the side of the field - Discusses giving information and practice to the athlete about injury within the framework of ethical rules. - Knows and manages the psychological processes that occur in the process of sports injury
