Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course, to know the basic concepts of leadership, understanding the place and importance of leadership in the management process, leadership theories, the role and importance of the leader in the organization is the understanding.
Course Content
The content of this course includes leadership theories, leadership problems in sports management and the role of the leader in the organization.
