Course Goal / Objective

The objective of this course is to identify the negative factors affecting the process related to the development of the athlete's performance.

Course Content

Fatigue types and recovery process, the catabolic effects of training in the body, training-induced stress response and adaptations, causes, indicators, management, prevention of overtraining
