Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course is to analyze and analyze the basic concepts and theories related to organizational behavior.
Course Content
The content of this course includes personality, learning, perception, attitude and attitudes towards work, communication, motivation, leadership, conflict, stress and stress management.
