Course Goal / Objective
The aim of this course; Students will be able to comprehend the importance of the concepts of illness and health, provide support for the protection and development of the health of the individual, family and society with the approach of primary health care and midwifery, and to be able to examine the science of public health with the concepts of demography, culture, epidemiology, ethics, human rights is to be able to define community midwifery functions and adapt them to the field of practice.
Course Content
This course covers the definition of home care services, concepts, home care practice standards in midwifery, teamwork, home visits process and related legal regulations..
