Course Goal / Objective

To enable students to have information about endogenous active substances that have pharmacological effects, to make them comprehend the importance of endogenous active substances in disease and health, to make them comprehend the evaluation of endogenous active substances by pharmacological experimental methods.

Course Content

What is endogenous active substance? classification of endogenous active substances, pharmacological activities of endogenous active substances, molecular mechanism of action of endogenous active substances, the roles of endogenous active substances in diseases, the roles of endogenous active substances in pharmacotherapeutic treatment, the use of endogenous active substances in experimental pharmacology and analysis of effects.
