Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to explain and applications of molecular biological and biochemical methods used in the investigation of subcellular components and signal transduction system in pharmacology.
Course Content
In the protein measurement, protein expression, measurement of enzyme activity, western-blot, ELISA, polymerase chain reactions used in the investigation of subcellular components and signal transducing systems in molecular pharmacology studies, laboratory safety and basic principles in molecular studies
