Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to teach the power of the judiciary and judicial activities, to promote judicial officers involved in activities directly or indirectly and therefore it provides a better understanding of the concepts related to the litigation in other courses.
Course Content
examines the historical development of Turkish constitutional law. 2.2.explains the organs of the state and the relations between them.
