Course Goal / Objective
To introduce anthropology as the study of cultural and social arrangements of human societies.
Course Content
The course first revıews different parts of anthropology and defines key anthropological concepts, and then briefly examines the beginnings and development of human social arrangements. The course then presents examples of different kinds of societies today and in the recent past.
