Course Goal / Objective
Understands the important health effects of the interactions of herbal medicines and food supplements with foods and drugs and the importance of their proper use from a pharmacist's point of view.
Course Content
It is a course that examines the interactions of herbal medicines (kava kava, ginseng, black cohosh, St Johns wort, echinaceae and some other major herbs) and food supplements with foods and drugs in detail.
