Course Goal / Objective
Students understand the basic issues in nutrition, metabolism and diet and explain their relationship with metabolic syndrome and obesity.
Course Content
Within the scope of the course, students are given information about carbohydrates, lipids and proteins, metabolism, adipose tissue, energy homeostasis and appetite control and obesity.
Course Precondition
There is no prerequisite.
