Course Goal / Objective
The aim of the course is to teach use of drugs in animals with food value and drug residues in animal foods.
Course Content
The use of of drugs in animals with food value and the responsibilities of veterinarians, drug remnants, residue, ineffective level, acceptable daily intake level, confidence factor, tolerance level, causes of residues, residue-kinetic, residual half-lives, drugs that are prohibited and dangerous to use in animals, the effects of drug residues on consumers, monitoring of residues in animal foods, regulations on residues.
