Course Goal / Objective

To teach some of the biological-microbiological analyzes carried out in biological work environments, to provide students with knowledge and experience about risk factors and work safety related to analyzes.

Course Content

Microbial groups, solid-liquid media, isolation, microbial replication and counting methods, tindalization, sterilization, microbial taxonomy, microbial activity, methods of determining specific microorganism activity, nitrification bacteria, denitrification bacteria, Rhizobial bacteria and isolation, bacterial grafting methods in soil-plant environment , microbial antibiotic resistance testing, hygiene, laboratory and work safety, analyzes and safety at work.
