Course Goal / Objective
As a very young social science, historical development and basic principles of economic sociology will be told. During the course the role of economic sociology, as a bridge between economics and sociology, will be told, also.
Course Content
Historical development and basic principles of economic sociology will be explained. Besides main criticisms which are made against mainstream economics will be told. According to the approach of economic sociology, economics should adapt a social perpective. During the course the perspective of economic sociology will be told, also.
