Course Goal / Objective
semiconductor thin film production and conductivity measurement.
Course Content
band sturcture of semiconductor. Fermi Energy. Effective mass of Hole and electrons. Production and recombination phonomena of semiconductors. Measuring Technics.photoelectic kinematic.Direct and indirect transition.Exition and polarons.
