Course Goal / Objective
Disease-host interactions in plants damaged by important biotic and abiotic factors in all vegetables grown economically, physiological and anatomical changes occurring in sick plants, symptoms, etiology of disease factors, their recognition, propagation and distribution ways, conditions of infection, proliferation of factors, To develop basic and general concepts about life cycles and methods of struggle.
Course Content
Diagnosis, etiology, epidemiology and struggles of damages and diseases caused by biotic disease factors such as fungi, bacteria, viruses, etc., which are harmful in vegetable cultivation, environmental stress factors (climate conditions, soil conditions, etc.), environmental pollutants and abiotic factors, including faulty cultural practices.
