Course Goal / Objective
To provide information about the concept and scope of production management, and to teach the importance of apparel production management
Course Content
Definition and aims of production management in clothing technology. Process steps in clothing. Analysis of operations and ergonomy. Preparation of tables for process analysis. Time examination. Calculation of standard time and number of worker in production.
