Course Goal / Objective

Within the scope of this course, it is planned to discuss the details of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce with the participants. In this context, the concept of e-commerce and the scope of e-commerce law; development and functioning of the e-commerce market; Service provider; intermediary service provider; electronic commerce marketplace; Basic concepts such as commercial electronic message will be examined and the basic structure of e-commerce law, its field of study and potential problems will be discussed in detail.

Course Content

: E-commerce is one of the most important areas in nowadays. With this development process, e-commerce law, which has become a field that creates its own literature, brings with it many discussion topics. It is planned to share the general details of e-commerce law and the developments both in Turkey and in the world with the participants within the scope of this course in order to follow the current debates regarding this emerging field where it is necessary to keep up with the law.
