Course Goal / Objective
It is aimed to mature the teamwork for the solution of the problems encountered in aquaculture and to emphasize the importance of nature mushrooms.
Course Content
It contains theoretical information about the systematics and history of cultivated mushrooms, cultivation of cultivated mushrooms in the world and Turkey, morphological characteristics of cultivated mushrooms, ecological demands, cultivation, cultural practices, harvesting, evaluation, and the importance of wild mushrooms in our country.
