Course Goal / Objective
To provide students with the basic concepts of heat transfer and to be able to solve problems related to heat transfer using mathematics, science and engineering knowledge.
Course Content
General Concepts, Heat Conduction: Fundamental Equations, One-dimensional steady-state heat conduction, Two-dimensional steady-state heat conduction, Time Dependent Heat Conduction, Fundamental Concepts of Heat Convection, Natural Convection and Forced Convection, Heat Radiation.
