Course Goal / Objective
A range of equipment that can be used to apply pesticides is now available. Selection of pesticide application equipment according to pesticide application cost and work capacity of equipment are not sufficient mostly. In this course, efficient other parameters such as biological efficiency safety e.g. beside of cost and work capacity in selection of pesticide application equipment will be given

Manually operated hydraulic sprayers, Power-operated hydraulic sprayers. Self-propelled sprayers. Environmental and safety factors in equipment selection. Number of spraying and formulation effects in equipment selection. Land to be sprayed and labor requirements in equipment selection. Assessment spraying cost and capital investment in equipment selection. Durability of equipment and speed required to treat area, And maintenances of sprayers
