Course Goal / Objective

Air and Water Pollution (local, urban, regional, cross-border and global), Adsorption, Ion Exchange and Catalysis, Physical sorption, Chemical sorption, Electrostatic sorption (ion exchange), Heterogeneous Processes, Heterogeneous catalysis reaction rate, Homogen catalysis reaction rate, Basic principles of adsorption and ion exchange, Important adsorbents, Ion-exchange materials, Organic and inorganic cation exchangers to understand the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
