Course Goal / Objective
The course aims to provide the students with basic soil, plant and meteorology data and to introduce the simulation models and to obtain suggestions for production.
Course Content
The classification of plant growth models, the calibration of the parameters needed for the model, the adaptation of the model for the regions having different climate conditions, the modelling of plant growth among the phases, the concept of effective temperature amount, biomass in the plant, leaf area index and the mathematical modelling of plant height.
