Course Goal / Objective
To give general information about the property regimes between spouses in the Turkish Civil Code, to examine the provisions regarding the legal property regime, the regime of participation in the acquired property in detail, to provide detailed information to the students about the property regime law, which is not explained very well at the undergraduate level, what are the demands of the spouses against each other within the scope of the property regime in practice. The aim of this course is to provide an in-depth knowledge of property regime law to both practitioners and students who want to engage in academic studies.
Course Content
To give general information about the property regimes between spouses in the Turkish Civil Code, to examine the provisions regarding the legal property regime, the regime of participation in the acquired property in detail, to provide detailed information to the students about the property regime law, which is not explained very well at the undergraduate level, what are the demands of the spouses against each other within the scope of the property regime in practice. The aim of this course is to provide an in-depth knowledge of property regime law to both practitioners and students who want to engage in academic studies.
