Course Goal / Objective
Investigation of complex diseases in terms of genetic and inheritance patterns.
Course Content
The results of genome projects, Postgenetic concept and its importance, Nuclear architecture and organization, Chromosome structures, Nucleus and chromosomal territoriums, Gene expression and control, Structure and properties of homeotic genes, Intersection of development-differentiation stem cells and diseases, Genomic imprinting, Isolator-silencer and imprint genes, Polycomb proteins and transcription, Post genetic diseases and their properties. Midterm /final exam
