Course Goal / Objective
To teach the intensities and effectives of magnetic fields exposed in daily life, to teach the magnetic fields used in medical imaging and treatment, to teach the positive and negative effects of the magnetic field on living organisms today.
Course Content
Magnetic fields, properties and effects of magnetic fields exposed in daily life, magnetic fields exposed in medical imaging systems (ECG, EMG, EEG, ultrasound, doppler, electrocautery, electrosurgery, CT, MR, PET, UV and Infrared rays used in FTR)
