Course Goal / Objective

To introduce the current fiqh problems encountered and to gain the ability to solve them

Course Content

To comprehend the provisions of contemporary medical, economic and social problems in terms of Islamic jurisprudence with their justifications

Course Learning Outcomes

Order Course Learning Outcomes
LO01 Knows the current fiqh problems related to the stock market and stocks, electronic commerce and credit cards and other current fiqh problems related to commercial life such as interest and inflation and explains their solutions.
LO02 Knows the current fiqh problems related to the worship life of Islam such as taharah, prayer, fasting and zakat, pilgrimage and explains the solutions.
LO03 He/she is aware of the current fiqh problems related to family life such as marriage, divorce, custody, alimony, wet nurse, abortion, etc. and explains the solutions together with the evidence.
LO04 Understands some current medical, economic and social problems and produces solutions to these issues from the perspective of Islamic law.
LO05 Recognizes the basic knowledge, concepts and opinions about current fiqh problems, and learns the methods to be followed in solving current fiqh problems.
LO06 Learns how to approach controversial religious problems and research methods and techniques related to them.
